At East Oak, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. However, if you are unsatisfied with a purchase made on eastoak.com, we have a process for customers to initiate a return.
Please note every product sold by East Oak has a different return policy and some products may be non-returnable, so checking the product page before requesting a return is essential.
 
Items Purchased at Amazon and Other Retail Partners:
If you would like to return a product purchased on Amazon, we ask that you first contact Amazon to see if they can help with a replacement or a refund. Our customer service team will gladly assist you if Amazon cannot.

Items purchased at Eastoak.com:

Many products purchased directly from Eastoak.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please check the product page or your order confirmation to see the specific return policy for your purchased item(s).
To initiate a return, you will need to provide us with the following information via email at support@eastoak.com.
  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Shipping Address
  • Screenshot of Shopify Order
  • Product name and Order number
  • Reason for the return

 

Return Conditions:

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask that customers follow these conditions:
  • The furniture must be returned in its original condition, with all parts and components
  • The furniture must not have been assembled or used

 

Return Shipping: 

We offer a 30-day free return for most of East Oak products. Please check product page before requesting a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our support team at support@eastoak.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

 

Refunds:

A full refund for the price of merchandise and sales taxes will be applied to your credit card upon our receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds to debit and credit cards can take up to 14 days to process with your financial institution. If you chose a 3(rd) party financing option like Affirm or PayPal Credit, we will process the order cancellation; however, your refund or account cancellation will be processed according to your agreement with that institution.
 
Warranty Claims:
If the reason for your return is a manufacturer defect, you may qualify for a warranty replacement. Click here to learn about our warranty policy.
The return process can take anywhere from 7-14 business days, and we will do our best to provide you with updates throughout the process.
