East Oak provides shipments via FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on the package size.

If you require expedited shipment (e.g., next-day, 2-day, 3-day), please contact us at support@eastoak.com. We will note your requirement and send you a purchase link to pay the price difference for the expedited service.

If your package remains in the "label created" status for an extended period, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a double-check. In some cases, the shipping carrier may have picked up the package but is holding it in their warehouse due to uncontrollable inventory backlogs.
